Terms and conditions


We use a number of freight companies as they all provide something a little different, allowing us to select the one that best meets our needs and keeps your costs down.

We are sending Australia-wide every day and to many International destinations. We make our suppliers work hard for their money, to ensure you get what you want, when you want it.

International customers, please contact us prior to finalising your order so we can provide you with a freight quote confirmation.

If you need it now, let us know and for an additional expense, we can have it to you overnight.

All orders are carefully packed before they are dispatched from our warehouses. We will not be held responsible and do not accept and liability for delays that may arise or damage that might occur once the goods have left our facility.  We can arrange for your shipment to be insured for a small additional cost.  For online orders, if an insurance option is not available at check out, please contact us and we'll organise this for you.

Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your order. If your details are incorrect we accept no responsibility.

DNA Off Road Pty Ltd will not under any circumstances provide any cover of goods being lost or damaged once they are with the courier or freight company i.e. no longer in our control.  If insurance is applied, the insurance is with the carrier of the goods and it is the carrier's responsibility from thereon.

How do you check the freight cost?

If you want to check the shipping cost prior to checkout, simply enter your postcode or suburb in the space where indicated, select the correct suburb when it appears and then left click on "Get a Quote".

Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

We will help if the item you buy:

  • Is faulty or unsafe
  • Doesn’t match the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would 
  • Doesn’t do what you asked for.

For a major problem, you can:

  • Return the item and choose a refund or exchange, or
  • Keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
  • For a minor problem, we may either repair it within a reasonable time or give you a refund or exchange.

Note: We do not normally refund the freight component of your order.

Please ensure you select your items carefully.  We do not accept responsibility or liability if you provide incorrect information, specifications or requirements or any other relevant information including but not limited to:

  • Dimensions
  • Make and Model
  • Purpose

Before returning goods

Under law, when the consumer tells the supplier they are returning the product, it becomes the supplier's property.

You must contact us for authorisation before returning goods.  You will be provided with a return authorisation number.

Goods returned without prior authorisation will be at your cost and may not be covered.

When returning goods, the item must be unused and in the same condition with all parts present as you received it in its original packaging.  If the original packaging is damaged or missing a repackaging fee may be charged.

If parts show signs of use or are missing, the cost of replacing these items will be charged.

A copy of the tax invoice must be included with the returned goods.

We recommend using a freight service with tracking and appropriate insurance cover.  We do not accept responsibility or liability for lost or damaged returns. 

Shipping costs

You will be responsible for the cost of freight when returning items to us except when the item:

  • Is faulty or unsafe
  • Doesn’t match the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would 
  • Doesn’t do what you asked for.

This will be discussed with you when obtaining return authorisation from us, including carrier selection etc.

Do I sign for my goods if they are damaged

If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept but have the driver note that the goods are damaged. If you sign for them in good condition, you will not be able to process a claim. Please contact us as soon as possible as most transit warranties have a small widow (5-7 days) in which to lodge a claim. Failure to advise us in a timely manner will void the transit warranty.


Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.  We will only refund to the account[s] from which the original invoice was debited to.

Order cancellation

Cancelled orders (including change of mind returns) will incur a 20% restocking fee, all freight costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.


  • Quotes are nominally valid for 30 days unless specifed otherwise
  • All quotes are in Australian dollars AUD and detail Goods and Services Tax [GST] where applicable
  • When a quote is limited to quantity on hand, product availabilty will be subject to prior sale


DNA Off Road Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order that has been previoulsy accepted. DNA Off Road Pty Ltd may do this for example but without limitation, where:
  • DNA Off Road Pty Ltd suppliers are unable to supply goods that they have previously agreed to supply;
  • An event beyond DNA Off Road Pty Ltd control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, failure of computer sytems mean the DNA Off Road Pty Ltd is unable to supply products within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Goods ordered were subject to an error on the website such as in relation to description, price or image which was not discovered prior to the order being accepted.
