Shipping

Many of our parts and accessories are freight free to your door.  We use a number of freight companies as they all provide something a little different, allowing us to select the one that best meets our needs and keeps your costs down where there is a freight charge.



We are sending Australia-wide every day and to many International destinations.  We make our suppliers work hard for their money, to ensure you get what you want, when you want it.

International customers, please contact us prior to finalising your order so we can provide you with a freight quote.

If you need it now, let us know and for minimal expense, we can have it to you overnight.

How do you check the freight cost?

If you want to check the shipping cost prior to checkout, once you have selected one or more items, click on "View Cart" at the top of the page and something very similar to the image below appears. 



Next click on the "Calculate Shipping & Handling" and then the Country, State/Province and Zip/Postcode fields will appear.  Enter the shipping destination details in these fields and then click on calculate shipping.



You will be presented the shipping options for you to select and proceed to checkout, or take note of and continue shopping.



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
